We run a full modernization pipeline for small business websites across Southeast Michigan. Every engagement moves through four stages — each with specific deliverables, honest assessments, and no shortcuts.
Discover
✵- What we look for
- Small business websites that are silently costing their owners customers — slow load times, broken mobile layouts, missing search presence, outdated design that undermines trust.
- Where we look
- Detroit metro, Oakland County, Macomb County, Washtenaw County — the Southeast Michigan corridor where local businesses compete for attention online.
- How we find them
- Automated scanning of local business directories, Google Maps listings, and industry-specific searches. We surface sites where a redesign would make a material difference.
- What happens next
- Every candidate site enters the audit stage. We don't reach out until we have specific, evidence-based findings to share.
Audit
✵Diagnostic checklist
- — Mobile responsiveness and touch targets
- — Page load speed and Core Web Vitals
- — Search engine visibility and local SEO
- — Conversion paths and contact accessibility
- — Visual trust signals and design quality
- — Content clarity and messaging hierarchy
- — Accessibility and semantic structure
- — Technical hygiene (SSL, redirects, metadata)
Every audit produces a scored report across five dimensions: UX, technical SEO, local SEO, conversion design, and trust. Scores are honest — most sites we audit score between 1 and 3 out of 5 on each dimension.
The audit isn't a sales tool. It's a diagnostic. We share findings with the business owner before proposing any work. If their site is actually fine, we tell them. Most aren't.
The audit also becomes the design brief. Every weakness we identify becomes a specific requirement for the redesign — not vague "improvements" but concrete, measurable targets.
Design
✵Every page is composed from scratch — layout, typography, color, and messaging tailored to the specific business, its customers, and its competitive landscape. We don't adapt templates. We don't use page builders. The design itself is the deliverable.
